In Herning, where the Danish Winner show was held, Victor, Int Dk No Se Ch Klb Ch Galaksi All Time Favorite was Best of Breed and gained the new title; DKV-09.

In cockers Jackie, Dk Se Ch SV-09 Cockergold Fame For Life was BOB, while Balou, Dk Se No Ch Klb Ch KbhV-08 Cockergold Misty Blue was BOS. They both gained the title Danish Winner 2009 (DKV-09). This win also made Jackie mostwinning cocker at Danish Kennel Club shows this year, DKKV-09.

This year we only showed one cocker on the World Dog Show. Our US import SBIS Am SE CH Shambrio's What A Rush showed with style and attitude and won the World Winner Title 2009!!!

In the American Cocker ring we had three classwinners and one that was third in the class.

At the allbreed show in Iceland Lance, IS SU PL CH WW-06 Wib's Tri N Catch Me won again the breed. Judge was Birthe Scheel. He later won the group under Sven Løvenskær and ended as BIS-3. This made him runner-up Dog of The Year in Iceland, second year in a row.

The second day of the two days allbreed shows in sunny Brøndby was also a title show, Copenhagen winner 2009, KbhV-09. The American cockers were judged by Laurent Pichard, who gave BOB to Tulle, Multi CH Galaksi Million Dollar Question and BOS to Victor, Int Dk No Se Ch Klb Ch Galaksi All Time Favorite. They both can add the title KbhV-09 to their title list.

The English Cockers were judged by Mchael Tranholm, fron Denmark. Jackie, Dk Se Ch SV-09 Cockergold Fame For Life was BOB and Balou, Dk Se No Ch Klb Ch KbhV-08 Cockergold Misty Blue was BOS with new title KbhV-09. Morris, LvV-09 Cockergold X-Pect The Best visited from Finland and won the male's CC and Int Fin Ltu Ch LtV-09 Cockergold Cool Blue Night also visiting from Fnalnd won the female's CC and gained with this her Danish champontitle. Congratulations Sanna and Mariann!

On the second day at Gold Cup we had even more success under Chris Hancook, from Ireland. Best baby male was again Galaksi Your Dream Date, while best baby female was Galaksi My Dream, who also went on the be runner-up Baby in Show.

Tango, Multi Ch Galaksi Read All About It was also today BOB, while Galaksi Disney Channel was third best bitch.

Balou Multi Ch Cockergold Misty Blue won the breed again and Jackie, Multi Ch Cockergold Fame For Life was BOS. There were 80 English Cocker Spaniels entered.

In the big Gold Cup final were all the BOB, BOS and second best male and females from all breeds participate, Balou was Best in Show and Tango was runner-up in Show.

The first day at the yearly Spaniel Specialty in Denmark, with 340 entries over the weekend we had great success under Jouko Leiviskä, from Finland. Galaksi Your Dream Date was best baby male and Galaksi Dream On Baby was best baby female. Among the adults Tango, Multi Ch Galaksi Read All About It was BOB, while Galaksi Disney Channel, was best bitch, with the CC and BOS from junior class.

At the same show Balou, Multi Ch Cockergold Misty Blue won the breed and Jackie, Multi Ch Cockergold Fame For Life was Best of Opposite Sex.

These four adults went on to participate in the Gold Cup final on Sunday to compete for Best in Show.

This time the judge was Helle Dan Pålsson, from Denmark. In the group judged by Rune Fagerström Lanca was placed as number one and in the BIS, judged by Kari Järvinen he was fourth!

At the international allbreed show in Hillerød, Denmark Multi CH Galaksi Million Dollar Question, Tulle went all the way to Best in Show! She was judged in the breed by Kim Bay, from Denmark, who also gave her the CACIB and by Rune Fagerström, from Finland in the group. This was Tulle's fourth international allbreed BIS! At the same show Ch Galaksi Read All About It was BOS, while Galaksi Let Me Talk won the CAC. The BIS final was judged by Andzej Kazmierski, from Poland.

At the same show Jackie, Dk Sh SV-09 Cockergold Fame For Life was BOB, with the CACIB and Balou, Nordic Ch KlbCh KbhV-08 Cockergold Misty Blue was BOS, with the CACIB. Judge was Laurent Pichard. Jackie was later fourth in group.

US S(U) CH Shambrio's What a Rush was best male and Jackie, DK S(U) Ch SW-09 Cockergold Fame For Life was best female and they both won the CACIB. We had a fantastic day in Tvååker Sweden. Our wild American boy, Am Ch Shambrio's What A Rush won the CC AND was Best of Breed over 100 cockers, and this from a large open class! This made him a Swedish champion! The judge was breed specialist Rita Kadike-Skadina, from Latvia.

If that wasn't enough, Tulle, MultiCH Galaksi Million Dollar Question was Best of Breed and Dk Ch Galaksi Space Cowboy was BOS, with the CC. This made him new Swedish  champion! The breedjudge was Nils Molin, from Sweden. In the group, judged by Anna-Liisa Heikkinen, from Finland, Tulle was group-1.

We had a very nice time as usual at the traditional Super Cocker Show. This is an unofficial show that has been arranged six years in a row by Helle Dan Pålsson. This year the judge was Michael Wildman from The UK and there were 45 entries.

At the international allbreed show in Vejen, Denmark this weekend, we had success with both our American and English cocker spaniels. On Saturday Tango, Int Dk N S(U) Fin Est HrJ CH KlbCH EST EuJW-07 Galaksi Read All About It won the breed, while Tulle, MultiCH Galaksi Million Dollar Question was best of opposite sex under Linda, Stevens, from Australia. She also gave BOB to Ch Cockergold Misty Blue and BOS to Ch Cockergold Fame for Life. "Balou" was later group fourth and "Tango" group second!

At the Spaniel specialty in Hasslarp our American import, "Rush" US CH Shambrio What A Rush won best of breed under Luis Van Bael, Belgium. "Jackie" Dk(U) S(U) SV-09 Cockergold Fame For Life was BOS. Rush was later placed as 5 in the final.

At the same day "Credit" JWW-08 Cockergold Credit Card gave birth to seven blue roan puppies. Four males and three females. Mom and puppies are doing fine!

Allerup, Denmark

We had a wonderful day at Allerup Have. "Tango", Int Dk N S(U) Fin Est HrJ CH KlbCH EST EuJW-07 Galaksi Read All About It won the breed and Best in Show third. The judge was Regine Sommer, from Germany.

Mariupol, Ukraine

At the international show in Mariupol, Galaksi Favorite of Fortune had a spectacular day and won CAC, CACIB and was Best of Breed. Later "Maks" won the group under judge Dionisis Doulus, from Greece and was Best in Show second!!!

Steppinge, Denmark

At the FDA show in , DK(U)CH N(U)CH S(U)CH KLBCH Galaksi All Time Favorite "Victor" was not only Best of Breed, but also Runner-up Best in Show! Galaksi Payback Time was secondbest male and won the CAC! "Ufo" gained his Danish championtitle with this achievement.

She keeps on rockin'
Today in Hässleholm Tulle (MulitCH Galaksi Million Dollar Question) was in TOP mood and condition :-) Judge for the day was spaniel specialist Susie Svoldgaard...and her word were; "She is a TRUE joy to go over !!!!"
BEST OF BREED - BEST IN GROUP and ..... BEST IN SHOW 3

Another "Pearl" of the day was Galaksi Let Me Talk "Pearl". First time out in Junior class and 10 month old she made us soo proud by winning CAC and 3 Best Bitch....Guess this was her birthday present to her devoted owner Margreth Malmgren

Our black/white boy USACH Shambrio's What A Rush, called Rush loved every sekund of beeing in the ring with Michael.... it showed all the way 89 entries and he was 3 best male.

Swedish Winner Show Malmö

Again this year there were a big entry for the spaniels and also total entry for the show 6500
The judge for cockers with 104 entries Peter Van Soelen (NL).

First out ... "Rush"  AMCH Shambrio's What A Rush.
In a huge and really heavy champion class of 10 he placed as 3rd and 5. best male
Rush gave himself 120% to Michael and the showring...
maybe a little to much but he was so excited to be back on the track... :-)

"Balou" CH. Cockergold Misty Blue won an open class of 14 and placed as 2nd best male,
got his cac and can now title himself with S(U)CH & NORDCH!

The top of the cream was when "Jackie" CH. Cockergold Fame For Life won the champion class
and became Best Bitch and Swedish Winner (SV-09)

Reykjavík - Iceland
Late friday Michael took the flight to Iceland and started to groom the 10 spaniels that all were waiting for him to get them ready for the international show on sunday. Another plan on Iceland were to show Lance ... Bis winner WW06 ISCH SCH PLCH Wib´s Tri N' Catch Me.

The show was sunday and Lance were really in TOP coat and condition. The whole team around Lance were excited to get him judged by Spaniel specialist Mr. Laurent Pichard from Kennel Very Vigie And again he did it with great style and attitude... BEST OF BREED - BEST IN GROUP and later BIS 3 :-)))

Thank you to Mr. Pichard for this great start on iceland in 2009
And to Fam. Pétursdóttir at kennel Eldhuga for loving Lance and allways welcomes us into their home

Stestrup - Denmark
While Michael was on Iceland I started to prepare the dogs for the spaniel club show here in Denmark.
We "only" entered 2 dogs for this show as we knew Michael wasn't home so I had a nice and relaxing show weekend. The results were very pleasing:-)))

Sanna says.... NO way there is a chance I can let anyone else show him.... he is like a wild horse
